We should have that available very soon and will update the forum. In the meantime, we are also testing a configuration change in SupportAssist that will prevent it from triggering on the M17xR4.
We have initiated work with BIOS engineering to address that issue. It appears to happen only on the M17xR4 although we are still exploring other Alienware models for the issue. When SupportAssist reads the fan sensor, the M17xR4 BIOS is keeping the fan turned ON after the first read which is not the expected behavior. Fundamentally, SupportAssist just identified it.
